What We Do

Metro Housing Collaborative is a landlord engagement program helping those exiting homelessness with getting housed in the Omaha Metro Area. Metro Housing Collaborative offers a rental incentive and risk mitigation benefit to our network of property partners. This offers an added level of security an support in those more risky situations. Metro Housing Collaborative has helped with getting over 200 families housed in the last year and a half. Metro Housing Collaborative also offer the area's only shared housing initiative to address the barrier of affordability. Metro Housing Collaborative has future goals of offering a rental rehab program and managing a non-congregate transitional living community.
